Most homes in Sebastian are cooled and heated by a heat pump, and Citywide HVAC Services repairs more of them than anything else. Reversing valves, defrost boards, refrigerant leaks and compressors — we fix it all.
If any of these sound familiar, turn the system off and call (855) 459-5498. Running a failing unit can turn a small heat pump repair job into a much bigger one.
Our heat pump repair technicians serve Sebastian plus Orchid, Fellsmere, Indian River Shores, Grant-Valkaria, Vero Beach, Malabar, Palm Bay, Melbourne Beach. Looking for a different town? Browse every Florida location or the main Heat Pump Repair page.
“Scheduled a tune-up, the technician showed up on time, cleaned everything and explained what he found. The house has never cooled so evenly.”
— Nicole F., Sebastian, FL“Replaced our 18-year-old unit in one day. Crew was careful in the house and the new system is whisper quiet. Electric bill dropped right away.”
— Derek O., Sebastian, FL“Called three companies, Citywide was the only one that answered live and gave me a real arrival time. Fixed my heat pump that afternoon.”
— Ashley M., Sebastian, FLTypically 10–15 years with yearly maintenance. Salt air near the coast can shorten that, so coil cleaning matters.
A little frost in winter is normal; a solid block of ice usually means low refrigerant, a bad defrost sensor or restricted airflow.
