Most homes in Lake Wales are cooled and heated by a heat pump, and Citywide HVAC Services repairs more of them than anything else. Reversing valves, defrost boards, refrigerant leaks and compressors — we fix it all.
If any of these sound familiar, turn the system off and call (855) 459-5498. Running a failing unit can turn a small heat pump repair job into a much bigger one.
Our heat pump repair technicians serve Lake Wales plus Highland Park, Hillcrest Heights, Dundee, Lake Hamilton, Frostproof, Eagle Lake, Winter Haven, Haines City. Looking for a different town? Browse every Florida location or the main Heat Pump Repair page.
“Honest people. I was told by another company I needed a whole new system. Citywide found a bad capacitor and fixed it for a fraction of the price.”
— Jason P., Lake Wales, FL“Scheduled a tune-up, the technician showed up on time, cleaned everything and explained what he found. The house has never cooled so evenly.”
— Dana W., Lake Wales, FL“Replaced our 18-year-old unit in one day. Crew was careful in the house and the new system is whisper quiet. Electric bill dropped right away.”
— Luis M., Lake Wales, FLTypically 10–15 years with yearly maintenance. Salt air near the coast can shorten that, so coil cleaning matters.
A little frost in winter is normal; a solid block of ice usually means low refrigerant, a bad defrost sensor or restricted airflow.
